we are back!
our gratitude is heartfelt- to be home again feels soooo good. we sincerely thank all of you for your kind words (all emails and telephone calls which I apologize have not yet been returned) of encouragement, positive thoughts, and prayers during our diffuct time- our spirits were uplifted and faiths strengthened- we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. our sun is genuinely shining!!!

fasnacht kindergarten celebration- january 31, 2008
for the sun’s fasnacht kindergarten celebration last january, tall dark and handsome, now also known as the music man volunteered to provide musical entertainment for the party.
he began with reception music accompinment on his bassoon (he practiced music for children on it for days) - he then played sing-alongs on his guitar which the children loved and enjoyed (he also plays piano- keep in mind, he is a doctor of engineering in research and development for control guidance theory, and robotics…..talented and brilliant!)
the children sang, danced and played musical games- i cannot express enough how proud the sun was of her papa- she was glowing and so was i (and the moon- actually he was more ammused). we were all so proud of him!
