happy 2010!
new year’s eve 2009, the party
our christmas and the last weeks of 2009 were wonderful. quiet, peaceful, and everyone relaxed and in good spirits. i was grateful for it and could not have asked for a better way to greet 2010.
the moon was magnificent on new year’s eve. it glowed so brightly- it was amazing. thinking it was an illuminated cloud, i kept waiting for it to float on by. but the glow never did go away. i enjoyed the messages and calls from friends and family around the world describing their enchantment by it too. someone said it was a blue moon. to be reminded that even far apart, we shared the moon and its glory gave me great pleasure. that under the same big sky, we share the moon, sun, and the stars.
we spent the first week of the new year nesting. clearing, reorganizing, and making space. even cooking and freezing meals. we are i am almost ready for the baby. i think my boys have been ready. so much to look forward to this year. moving forward with optimism and happiness. it is going to be a great year.
cheers! happy 2010 to you!

January 10th, 2010 at 3:16 pmHello,
dear Elsa!
What you thought about the blue moon was in my head on New Year’s night too. It’s such a generous and kind moon to share itself with everyone in our world.
Been thinking of you and ‘your boys’ new bebe. Surrounding you all in light and love~laughter and smiles. You are blessed and fortunate!
May THIS year will be the most special year yet!!
Big Love from Texas,
Constance

January 10th, 2010 at 5:04 pmCongratulations on your impending miracle
It sounds like you greeted the new year exactly how he likes to be greeted, in peace and harmony and with hope and love.
What beautiful, poetic thoughts you had about that special full moon. We, too, saw that lovely blue moon on New Year’s Eve, floating between the branches of tall pine trees, while standing in our wooded valley. We toasted our newly married life together beneath its benevolent glow.
Happy New Year to you and yours, Elsa! May it be filled with laughter and joy.
