the love tree

there is an exercise in living out loud called word tree. after i completed it a couple of years ago, i realized on the leaves hung all who i love and all that i love so i decided to call it the love tree. this is why i fancied naming my shop on etsy ”the love tree” (which will remain closed for the summer, there’s just too much to do outside!). keri smith has also inspired me to start a creative womens group which finally, after seven months of trying to get it together, is finally coming together. the creative group is also called the love tree and each woman has been asked to bring a plant pot to our first meeting that she would love to have in her bedroom. we will make love trees.

i spoke to artist elizabeth bunsen of be..dream..play on the telephone this evening and it truly was my pleasure. what a wonderul soul! she lives in vermont, a place i’ve dreamed of visiting for a very long time. we discussed and confirmed the plans for a couple of her babies to come over here to germany. i am so excited! will post about them soon.
